Residence in Nashua NH

Designed and administered the construction of 1800 sft of traditional stick built residence in Nashua, NH. The exterior is strictly colonial dictated by the exterior of the neighborhood. A modern open plan ranch with cathedral ceiling and a loft area. Presently in construction the project aims at passive solar heat gain maximum southern exposure and skylights with perfect axial orientation.Also green products have been chosen flooring and cabinetry. A perfect coalition of colonial exterior with modern interior spatial design.

This 3200 square feet concrete residence in Oklahoma City, is a work inspired by the Asian contemporary style.The residence is built for a couple with asian modern taste.It is poured concrete structure with sloping wooden roof. This residence is for family who wanted a quiet serene feel in the midst of their busy lives.
